I'll try to keep this as brief as possible. I reached out to BBMC and was put in touch with Michael. I wanted the full protection for my car - front and back cameras, battery backup, wifi access with notifications, and a constantly active wifi hotspot. I went from just having an idea of what I wanted to having installed the product entirely by myself. This includes hiding and connecting an external battery through the fuse box, taking multiple sections of the car apart to properly run and hide cables, and setting it up to seamlessly operate at all times with a designated hotspot while transferring through different modes. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Michael. He worked with me over the period of six weeks from start to finish. Every time I had a group of questions, he would respond the same day. Before finding BBMC, I took my car to a local professional. I told him the type of cameras and services I wanted and waited for his quote. Not only would they not quote the top cameras [I was looking at BlackVue and Thinkware], the cameras that were quoted were half the quality and options and the cost was about equal to what I paid to buy a custom bundle from BBMC. I'd be remiss to not mention my exchange. I purchased the Thinkware U1000 and aside from the camera function and quality being fantastic, the interface and cloud options were not what I was looking for. I didn't realize it before purchasing, but I needed to get in the BlackVue family. Michael was able to authorize a custom return where I kept all items needed for the battery installation, but only returned the camera and a few cables. Then they built the cable config for the BlackVue DR900X-2CH and sent it out to me. Michael even helped me choose between economical hotspots that would work with my Google carrier and the new camera. I'm 1000x happier than I thought I'd be after my initial installation of the Thinkware.
I never really write reviews like this. I find it rare to come across companies that deliver this type of customer service. I have already told everyone that knows me about BBMC and will continue to do so. Again, I couldn't be happier with the experience and owe a great debt of gratitude to Michael. Thanks again man!
